Home Depot Clearance Finder: See What Is Marked Down at Stores Near You

Updated October 20, 2026

What a clearance finder needs to do

Home Depot sets clearance prices store by store, and the website usually shows the regular price. So a useful clearance finder has to answer three things per store: is it marked down here, at what price, and is it still on the shelf.

Spotted checks those three for the clearance items it tracks at roughly 2,000 Home Depot stores, and refreshes them every few hours.

Browse by city

Each city page lists every Home Depot store in that city with the tracked clearance it has in stock, the price and quantity at that store, and the range of prices we see for the same item nationwide. That last column shows whether your store has the deep markdown or a store across town does.

What it will not show

Not every yellow tag. Spotted tracks a limited set of clearance items, mostly deep markdowns and items that resell well. Plenty of clearance in a store will never appear in any app.

Prices that change after the last check. Markdowns tend to land in steps a few weeks apart, so the price we show is usually still current, but it can drop overnight.

Compared with other finders

Other tools focus on penny items, run inside Discord or cover more retailers with less store-level clearance detail. We compared them side by side.
