1. Service Description
Spotted provides clearance deal intelligence, including real-time inventory data, pricing, and aisle locations at major retailers. We monitor stores to identify savings and resale opportunities for our users.
2. Membership & Billing
Spotted offers a free tier for browsing clearance deals and a paid Earn subscription for access to flip deals, eBay sold comps, and profit margins. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
3. Deal Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, deals and pricing may be corrected by retailers without notice. Spotted is not responsible for retailer policy changes, stock availability, or deal modifications.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service responsibly and not to abuse deals, violate retailer terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or infringe on third-party rights. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.
5. No Affiliation
Spotted is not affiliated with any retailers, brands, or services mentioned. We are an independent service that monitors publicly available pricing and inventory information.
6. Privacy & Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications about deals. Standard message and data rates apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotted is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including missed deals or purchasing decisions.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
