Spotted provides deal-hunting intelligence services, including notifications about price errors, flash sales, and local deals. We monitor various retailers and services to identify savings opportunities for our members.
2. Membership & Billing
Membership is billed at $15/month and provides access to unlimited deal alerts and notifications. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
3. Deal Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, deals and pricing errors may be corrected by retailers without notice. Spotted is not responsible for retailer policy changes, stock availability, or deal modifications.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service responsibly and not to abuse deals, violate retailer terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or infringe on third-party rights. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.
5. No Affiliation
Spotted is not affiliated with any retailers, brands, or services mentioned in our deals. We are an independent service that monitors publicly available pricing information.
6. Privacy & Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications about deals. Standard message and data rates apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotted is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed deals or purchasing decisions.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
