I've spent the past eight years building data infrastructure to exploit pricing inefficiencies — starting with e-commerce and crypto domains at 12, then moving into retail clearance data. Spotted is the current version of that work: an automated system that monitors store inventory, identifies clearance markdowns worth reselling, and cross-references them against eBay sold data so you can see the profit before you drive to the store.
I received a full ride to Babson College (AMBSEL scholarship) and was selected for the eTower founder program. I'm currently based in NYC.
Spotted scans clearance inventory at Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Walmart, and other major retailers. When it finds items marked down far enough to resell profitably, it alerts you with the store location, stock count, clearance price, and what the item sells for on eBay.
The app is available on iOS. You set your location, and Spotted shows you deals at stores near you — with real-time stock data so you're not driving to an empty shelf.
Spotted is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It's a tool that surfaces clearance inventory worth reselling. You still have to drive to the store, buy the item, list it, and ship it. People who do that consistently make money. People looking for passive income should not subscribe.
