We want you to be completely satisfied with Spotted. If you're not happy with our service for any reason, you can cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase—no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • This is your first subscription with Spotted (refunds are not available for recurring billing cycles)

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at usespotted@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your email address associated with the account
  • The phone number linked to your account
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Your subscription and access to premium features will be cancelled immediately

4. After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day refund window:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us
