- This is your first subscription with Spotted (refunds are not available for recurring billing cycles)
2. How to Request a Refund

- Your email address associated with the account
- The phone number linked to your account
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Your subscription and access to premium features will be cancelled immediately
4. After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day refund window:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
