Metabo HPT 2-in 18-Gauge Corded Pneumatic Straight Brad Nailer is marked down to $40 from $200 at Lowe's. Based on 84 recent eBay sold listings, it resells for about $60. After eBay's roughly 13% fees, that leaves around $12 per unit before shipping.

Is it worth flipping?

The spread is real, but it only lasts while local stock does. Clearance prices are set store by store, so the same item can be full price a few miles away. Check how many units are on eBay right now before buying more than a few.
